Space first,surface after
Every project starts with how the space is used and how it is entered, before any finish is chosen. Material palettes stay tight and tonal; joinery is drawn to the millimetre so it reads as part of the architecture rather than furniture placed in it.
Drawn once,built once
Site works are sequenced against the drawing set, with trades coordinated in advance rather than resolved in conflict. Quality is checked at each stage — substrate, service routing, finish — so the snagging list at the end is short.
